Best Disney Gateway Hotel
Liked: The rooms were comfortable and we loved the versatility of one room. We were able to have a separate kitchen, living area, bathroom, and sleeping area. The amenities were very enjoyable and a nice addition to our stay. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay! Ps. If you have a pillow preference there were multiple types of pillows in one room🙂!!!!!!

Liked: The pool was huge with a slide. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Room and all facilities were clean. I would stay there again!
Disliked: The listing says there is no parking fees. Once there you have to pay to park. Its just a regular parking lot around the hotel. Nothing special no security.

Liked: it was a great sized room with all the amenities and some! loved that the hotel was walkable to target, walgreens and other restaurants.
Disliked: i wish the disney shuttles had earlier pickup times from the hotel

Disliked: i would have given a 5 star. until they kept my $75.00 dollars .They tryed to say they have proof we smoked in the room.my husband smoked outside my husband only smokes outside even at home.If i new they where going to pull this bullshit i would have taken a smoking room.But like i said he smokes outside .The only proof they have was a empty cigarette pack in the trash.just because there a empty box in the trash doesn't mean he smoked in the room.so if you smoke hide you empty box even if you smoke outside they will take your money. will never stay there again.
