Disliked: When I requested to clean the room I expected daily service but I was told it had to be requested 24 hr in advance. I have stayed there several times and my room was cleaned daily but not this time therefore I was disappointed. I had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean the bathroom and kitchen. For the amount that I paid for my room should have been cleaned daily. Next time I come to Orlando I will not stay here . It?s unfortunate

terrible. took my hard earned...

Liked: nothing. didn?t get to check in. No one would answer the phone. my group had to sleep in the car.
Disliked: What was there to like? scam, took my money and left me out to dry.

I loved the convenience to...

Liked: breakfast and friendly staff
Disliked: There was small hairs where the silverware were and small dust trash. Under the mattress there was trash and bobby-pins. There was also 5 of us in the reservation but only two towels were provided.
