Liked: I was very pleased with my stay at this property. The experience matched the photos exactly, which was refreshing. In my experience, the quality of a stay often reflects the service provided by the front desk staff — and in this case, I definitely felt like I hit the jackpot. The receptionist was incredibly professional and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed from check-in to check-out.The housekeeping staff was also wonderful. As we were leaving, they kindly offered to help us dispose of a few items, which I really appreciated — especially since it’s not always common for staff to step in when they see guests with children struggling.The entire hotel was clean, well-maintained, and smelled amazing. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority, and I truly felt I was getting my money’s worth. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Disliked: I wouldn’t say I disliked the property — in fact, I loved it! During our stay, my son did notice a small bug on the shower door our first night before we took one. However, I chose not to report it because it was the only one we saw, and the rest of the property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I didn’t feel it was necessary to raise concern over something so minor. I simply disposed of it with a napkin and flushed it away. Overall, my positive experience far outweighed this small incident.
