Ok
Liked: We stayed in a mobility room. You can tell it had lacked care. There was dirty spots in the bathroom from where someone had dripped a mop around. The tub had a large chip in the bottom and had rusted through. The sofa bed had torn sheets on it so we had to ask for another set.
Disliked: Attention to detail when it comes to repairs. The loud road activities. The garage parking was limited.

Liked: Room was spacious.
Disliked: Breakfast left much to be desired; disappointing. Ice machine on 4th floor was not working. Steps upto 2nd floor were crumbling in spots.

Liked: The only positive thing is its pool
Disliked: I booked this hotel through Booking. Everything was going well until I checked out. The desk staff informed me that the payment hadn't been processed and that I would have to pay again, which is a complete lie. I booked and paid from the beginning. They threatened to call the police and that I would have to go to court. Which seems to me a totally bad way to solve a problem. They could have given me another solution instead of threatening me like that.But as a traveler who always uses this app, I truly hope you don't go to this hotel.I'm waiting for Booking customer service to resolve this unpleasant experience.

Liked: Nice and fairly new hotel. Room is clean and the hotel is located on a quiet street and is about 10- minute drive to the Old Market district. I am grateful that the staff recommended local’s favorite restaurants such as Sullivan’s Steakhouse and Brother Sebastian Steak House.

Disliked: My credit card was billed for 3 different charges - $300 more than Booking.com - I'm hoping it will get reversed but the staff was not that informative.Bed was hard, pillows were terrible, 2 TV's with 1 remote.
