Exceptional

We enjoyed our 3 day...

Liked: I really appreciated the front desk staff, friendly, responsive, helpful, efficient. Love, love, love the no carpet floors. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. Thankful there was not a “clean” or “perfume” smell in the room. I have CIRS, and didn’t react to the room, a rare event.
Disliked: We noticed a light with no bulb, a second light with a broken switch, an empty body wash container and almost empty hand soap container. The windows do not open, need the fresh air. I do miss a microwave in the room. The hallway had a strong electrical smell.

Liked: The room was not clean. Found a receipt on the bookcase. The microwave was not wiped out and on the last day found a pizza dipping sauce left on the roll out table. GROSS.

It was a great stay.

Liked: Breakfast was good and it was in a good location.
Disliked: Nothing everything was fine

Disliked: No bar of soap in bathroom, the mattress was horribly uncomfortable, the iron in our room was worthless and the side lamp by bed was not there. Replaced by a floor lamp which you could not turn on bc the shade was not connected to the lamp and I did not want the lamp crumpling on us. I will not stay at your properties again.
