OK for the price.

Liked: Nothing special about the property. Decent value but cramped room and bathroom. Breakfast was good one day and bad the next. Most of the staff are O.K. but indifferent to your desires.
Disliked: The room space and set up, and the $10 parking charge is completely stupid. Absolutly nothing worth paying for, not even a tin canopy. Kind of like paying for parking at the grocery store when you go to the market.

Liked: The breakfast was standard for hotels these days. The waffles were really good but everything else was standard/good but not exceptional. Exceptional would be like what we got at Picadilly in Fresno, CA where they had hot scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage in thermidors.
Disliked: We were blindsided by the ask to pay $10 for parking extra. We have NEVER heard of a hotel asking for a parking fee. Since our room was only $115 it would have been better to add that $10 into the room cost and no one would be the wiser. Even people who don't have a car (who doesn't??) would not have objected to $125 instead of $115.

Liked: Basically, it's a little apartment. Lots of room, loved that there was a small kitchenette, good size fridge, and dishes provided! Lots of space for your things.
Disliked: Needs different options for breakfast..

Liked: Digital check in was good. A drawer at the sink in the bathroom was genius!A Panera I. The same parking lot was good considering the hotel breakfast was marginal .
Disliked: Our room was never refreshed as indicated .
