Great, new hotel in Scottsdale

Liked: Loved the mobile check in and mobile room key. There was a free hot breakfast available. Easy and plentiful parking was available. The hotel was new and the rooms were very spacious.

Great hotel front end staff...

Liked: Location good
Disliked: The staff would advise getting rid of B at front desk. Poor customer service unwillingness to help/lift a finger. There visiting family at hospital in last month spent almost $3000 with this hotel and was not willing to remove ridiculous $15 a night “parking fee” for our 2 nights this time. Will not stay here again since moved next 2-3 bookings to a different hotel.
