Disappointing

Make this a regular stop...

Liked: Property was perfectly located for visiting our family. The room was spacious and we loved the pool. Breakfast was plentiful.
Disliked: No shade in parking lot

Liked: First walk in and it was booked in the wrong place. This is not the one that I booked on the booking. dot com and somehow switched to this. And when we went there and we told her that we wanted to cancel it, she got a call about someone having a smell in the room and she was rude and didn't even handle that customer well, and then, when we said that, you know, I wanted to go to the one with Jacuzzi, because of my bad knee and she says, well, it won't hurt my feelings. If you go anywhere else, it doesn't matter. She was very off-putting. And even if the other one didn't work, I wouldn't have wanted to stay there
Disliked: We didn't even stay there. She said she canceled it, but the pay the my account was still charged. So I need to have that removed, and I'm working on that. The overall service of your place sucks. Especially that front desk, lady.

Great hotel!

Liked: The hotel was very clean. I liked that they gave me 2 bottles of water upon my arrival. Check in was smooth and quick. The room was spacious and very clean, as well as the bathroom. The room had almost a full kitchen (minus a stove), that was a very nice touch. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and the area was very clean.
Disliked: Nothing that I can remember.
