Disliked: My son and I Couldn’t access the pool area for the chlorine it was too strong for us also the cleaning crew should pay attention to details, the sofa bed was folded with unclean sheets, I sent them message and they fixed the issue right away.

Liked: We had a lovely spacious room, perfect for our needs. A great size fridge and sink area. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and always there to help if you need.
Disliked: The indoor pool was too cold to swim.

Liked: I was very pleased with this hotel very clean super staff if I had only one suggestion I wish I knew the up front cost for pets as I understand some may make a mess I would have liked someone to check my room and see that another charge was not necessary I walk and keep my dogs under control and respect property even after the great bags you provide some people leave there mess without taking proper care of it they should pay the extra fee not responsible people but I understand it.
