Shitty stay

Liked: Free parking that’s it
Disliked: Poop stains on the outside of the toilet seat, yes you read that right. Poor hospitality, no hello / welcome / good bye, booking a room for 5, asking for extra towels because only 2 are presents and the receptionist looks surprised and act like it’s a lot. Bedsheet with holes.

Liked: Like the fact it was close to everything we did. The bed was comfortable and likes the layout of the room.
Disliked: When we arrived the first room had roaches and the towels was dirty hair on the floor. Was moved to a second room, the air was not on and the floor was very very dirty, you could see spots on the floor, it was filthy. The air wasn’t on as if they didn’t use that room for sometime. We were move to the 3rd room and after the other two experiences we look around the room, it appeared to be okay until the morning when we woke up and saw a spot that appeared as blood. So we inspected the bed. We pulled back the mattress and there was hair and dirt at the head if the bed as it haven’t been cleaned in an long time.The floor wasn’t vacuumed and the floor was dirty.Really bad experience, will never go back.

Disappointing

Liked: The only good thing was the three front desk people that I interacted with.
Disliked: -Being mean mugged by employees/Management and owners on arrival-Room was not properly cleaned-Finding a used band aid in my “clean” bed and having to change all of our bedding at midnight(I called customer service, they emailed management and I have yet to get a response)-Being woken up at 7:30 for a fire alarm and not given any info until I asked, management wasn’t available and only one front desk person was there to handle the situation This was truly a disappointing experience. I have stayed at home 2 in the past and they have all been lovely and then I went to this one :( I will make sure no one I know stays at this location. It would have been a 1 star rating if it wasn’t for the couple friendly employees.
