Disliked: I would rather that they have an out door pool.

Dirty washcloth

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was a little disappointing. I'm glad we brought our own cleaning supplies. Whoever cleaned the room did not do a good job at all. It seemed as if the person might have been in a rush to finish the room. They left behind a previous guess washcloth on the floor next to the skin. The bedding was not put on correctly. The sheets were put on incorrectly altogether.

Liked: The clean spacious rooms, adjoining rooms for families, decent breakfast, outside patio, location to mall and other major throughways.

Liked: Nice large room with nice large tv, liked having the draws and closet and the cute small kitchen felt like home, also loved having a normal on the wall thermostat, liked the large included breakfast. Internet was great. It was nice having the option to work out and use a pool. Staff was wonderful.
Disliked: The bathroom shower had pink and black mold in it. Beds could of been softer and pillows, pool could of been warmer. It would’ve been nice to have normal cable or the apps worked in the tv, had to use my Xbox apps. Also the tv service should of been provided free, if I hadn’t had Netflix then I wouldn’t of had tv to watch for a week, my partner was working as I was just relaxing in hotel for the week.

Disliked: The laundry app for tge washers and dryers were xonfusing and nit very user friendly!

Don’t stay here

Disliked: The floors were stained. Not just in the room but up and down the halls. It was disgusting. The bathroom door did not have a lock. It was a sliding door that could be lifted up from the bottom. The sofa bed was not comfortable. Linens for the sofa bed were not in the room.When we called down to the front desk for linens, we were greeted with short replies and not a friendly note to her voice. She told us we had to request them and come down to get them. Other hotels offer to bring things to the room.Oh, the parking space are extremely tight too. If you have something more than a mini you’ll struggle to park it. When we left in the morning several cars had flats. It looked like someone had slashed tires in the night.I won’t stay at this hotel again.
