Confortable, good breakfast, clean and...

Liked: Very nice breakfast. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Same for the bathroom that works fine. Close from a subway station to the center of manhattan
Disliked: Just one person of the staff wasn’t nice and helpful but all the other persons working there was very nice. And helpful. When you ask how long the washing machine works, the answer is not “like every washing machine”. Just for you know it is very different depending on the country

A nice enjoyable stay with...

Liked: The Hotel Staff was kind and very helpful. I liked the kitchenette that we had in our room, full with all the kitchen items you would ever need, and more. I really appreciated the cleanliness of our room. Housekeeping staff do a phenomenal job.
Disliked: The room was a bit smaller than what I had thought from what was advertised, but other than that, it was a nice hotel, I would stay here again if I'm ever in Long Island City again.

I love to stay here.

Liked: Nice stay with my family. The location. Only 12 min subway train to manhattan. 2 min to 39 ave subway station. Daily housekeeping and 24 h front desk service are just awesome. Complementary breakfast is excellent with lots of menu. Nice family entertainment.
Disliked: The room is bit congested for 4. The toilet doors for any room cannot be locked with unknown reason by hotel policy. Luggage storage for any short duration is 10$ per luggage is huge. It could be free.

Great for families with kids

Liked: The hotel is very clean and the rooms are super big and comfortable.
Disliked: The reception staff were not super welcoming. The breakfast was too crowded and no vegetables at all. Some tomatoes or cucumber would have been nice.
