Liked: Rooms are excellent. Good service and excellent house keeping. Allowed early check-in at 11 am for one of our rooms. They also allowed us to eat our food in the breakfast area while we waited. Breakfast is overall good. Great location 3 min from Subway station. Staff received delivered food and set them aside labeled. Sink was clogged in kitchen and bathroom which was declogged promptly. We misplaced the room keys inside the room and the manager generated a new key for us at no extra cost.Finally we did not expect the room to have a kitchenette with utensils and dishwasher, fully stocked including paper towels and dish washing liquid. On asking they also gave us additional pans with a portable cooktop at no extra cost.
Disliked: Breakfast- potato wedges were finished 30 min prior to closing time. Staff would not refill those despite asking. This happened on two mornings.

Convenient location & comfortable stay!

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Also, a great location that's close to the subway (6 stops from Times Square) and 12 min cab ride to La Guardia. There's a gastropub 1 minute walk from the hotel that has really good food!
Disliked: Emily was great, but the other staff could've been a little friendlier.

Liked: The rooms were large for a hotel so close to the city. Very well appointed. The staff are very friendly. We were given water bottles upon check in. When our kids accidentally locked themselves out of their room, the person on staff at 12am went out of his way to be helpful. And he refused a tip. Very good location, so close to the city and easy access to other locations in Queens.
Disliked: The mattress was wobbly but not uncomfortable.

A great base for exploring...

Liked: Breakfast, value for money, location, kitchenette. The neighbourhood feels pretty safe and the public transport is convenient and close (3 - 10 minutes from the property)
Disliked: The room lacked some kitchen stuff like tabletop cooker which was listed in the pictures - it’s available upon request.The AC is rather loud and ‘blends in well’ with the rest NY noise.
