Liked: The breakfast was appetizing, with many choices. We enjoyed the 24-hour coffee service. The location was not really 100% good. The traffic around the Hotel makes it a bit difficult to get in and out with ease. Just a bit confusing on the initial finding of the Hotel. Once we did however it was ok. The staff were very professional and courteous. Very polite and very helpful.
Disliked: Just the busy location. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay:) We would definitely come back.

Poor

Disliked: Had a horrible experienceWhen I came to check in, the pool was closed and my kids were excited togo to the pool. Then I was locked out of room because the key was not working. I wanted to watch TV and it was showing no service and had to wait 40min for them to fix SMH!

Liked: The hotel was very clean. The staff was nice. We arrived early, they made sure our room was ready so we didn’t have to wait

It was ok but a...

Liked: Beautiful inside and out with a lot of space.
Disliked: The front of the property has a beautiful gas fireplace outside but was closed up so we were never sure if we were allowed to utilize it. Also continental breakfast was as average as it gets. Beds are hard and uncomfortable.

Would stay again

Disliked: Road noise was a bit high at night

Liked: Great check in experience. The room was clean and very comfortable. Everyone was alert, when any staff saw me, I was greeted with a pleasant smile and got a "Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening".
Disliked: The entrance is very easy to miss.
