Really comfortable, lovely area and...

Liked: My room was great. Lots of space, clean and tidy and well appointed. The bed was comfy too. The AC was a bit noisy but I got used to it. It’s a nice area of Nashville, residential with shops, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. As a woman on her own I felt very safe going out in the evening in my own.
Disliked: Breakfast was limited but I was out early most days so didn’t really need it. It would have been good for there to be a bar.

Liked: Good hotel, friendly staff and clean room. Met all expectations in those regards
Disliked: $50 parking for overnight that you have to pay. Ridiculous

Liked: Breakfast was okay. The staff were friendly. Rooms were nice.
Disliked: Once we arrived at the hotel we saw construction going on next door and that was disappointing. We immediately canceled our second night and only stayed one night. The hotel is close to the college so at night it was very loud with cars driving down the street, people yelling, along with other random noises. Parking was ridiculous $45 a night.

Comfortable stay in good location

Liked: Great location in Music Row with lots of food spots around, while being within walking distance of downtown. Downtown walk of about 20 minutes.Very comfortable and clean room. The area was fairly quiet, so no outside noise could be heard.Lots of small touches like all-day help-yourself coffee and complimentary fruit.
Disliked: Breakfast did not cater for gluten free.The yoghurt dispenser was not working, so there was no yogurt.Overnight parking was not free.

Liked: One of the elevators was not working. And this happened throughout our 3 day stay. Also, the WiFi was not working and the girls at the counter didn’t seem to care,just said that a lot of people were having issues, it was not fixed the entire stay.
Disliked: Parking was more than other downtown hotels, and charged separately. The valet took their time getting your car, standing there on their phones while you waited.
