Was one of best stays ever. Highly recommended.

Comfortable stay in good location

Liked: Great location in Music Row with lots of food spots around, while being within walking distance of downtown. Downtown walk of about 20 minutes.Very comfortable and clean room. The area was fairly quiet, so no outside noise could be heard.Lots of small touches like all-day help-yourself coffee and complimentary fruit.
Disliked: Breakfast did not cater for gluten free.The yoghurt dispenser was not working, so there was no yogurt.Overnight parking was not free.

Liked: One of the elevators was not working. And this happened throughout our 3 day stay. Also, the WiFi was not working and the girls at the counter didn’t seem to care,just said that a lot of people were having issues, it was not fixed the entire stay.
Disliked: Parking was more than other downtown hotels, and charged separately. The valet took their time getting your car, standing there on their phones while you waited.

We had a great stay....

Liked: Room was of a good size and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was self service which was fine but you needed to get down early or it's very busy. Great location for walking into all areas or $7-10 Uber to get into town or around locally.
Disliked: Construction was going on on our side of the building. Late arrivals get checked in on that side as they allocate those rooms last. There is one night a week they do night construction and the rest is 7-5pm. Apart from the night we arrived (when they worked during the night) the construction was pretty quiet and didn't disturb us but something to be aware of.

Too noisy to sleep

Liked: I liked the location and the staff.
Disliked: The rooms have terrible acoustics. People were coming in and out of their rooms all night, which kept us awake. It felt as if they were in our room. You could even hear entire conversations from the other rooms.

Liked: Great location, lots of local bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk , and much closer.
Disliked: Not in there control but Building work going on next door.
