Liked: Cleanliness and location
Disliked: Staff wasn’t friendly, our tv didn’t work, they charged us for parking but didn’t give us a tag for the windshield until we brought it up again to the next person working

Superb

Great space for family getaway

Liked: Easy access between downtown Nashville and the property. Room had everything a family needed. Included breakfast options were well prepared. On-site underground parking garage was fine (required additional fee). Housekeeping was great.
Disliked: Pool water isn’t heated. The A/C fan in the rooms run 24/7, so bring ear plugs if you’re not used to some fan noise.

Exceptional

Liked: It was very clean, the location was great, & everything was up to par & very clean!
Disliked: The parking garage was a little confusing to use.

Short family getaway in Nashville!

Liked: Spacious room with great amenities in room and within the hotel as well! The free breakfast far surpassed anything available when staying at other hotels!
Disliked: The only negative was having to pay $30 a day for parking. If I choose your hotel, parking should be free.
