A good base from which...

Liked: The property felt new and was clean. Our room was large with all the facilities required to be self sufficient. It's well located for music row and it's about a mile to walk to the main downtown locations. Hall of Fame, Ryman etc. There are also restaurants, music bars and coffee shops within a 5 minute walk. We used UBER a lot to get to some locations and wait time was never more than 3 minutes. The staff were all kind and helpful. Breakfast was included but we didn't try it.
Disliked: Nothing of note. It's what we expected at the price.

Disliked: Rude staff, no rooms that haven't had pets so allergic people can be safe, difficulty to connect to Internet on 7 the floor, dirty light switches, corners of bathroom floor not cleaned, half rolls of TP, expensive parking. $40
