Overall my stay was comfortable...

Liked: The location is close to everything in the city. Overall the facility was nicely decorated and had tons of comfy spots to lounge inside and out.
Disliked: A few (not all) of the day time, front desk staff were not warm and welcoming at all. They never smiled, like not even once. They weren’t flat out mean but it was almost like “I don’t want to be here but I am here.” I asked one lady a question and she didn’t even look up from what she was doing she just gave me the price and a very rude tone and kept on working:

Liked: Assorted breakfast. Clean and renovated. Shuttle service to downtown.
Disliked: Trash was not removed every day. We asked for it and it was done the day after.

Liked: Very clean! Comfortable beds! Loved the shuttle to Broadway!!
Disliked: No rooms with double beds. There was no hot breakfast. There equipment was broke!
