Liked: We travelled with 4 children aged between 20 and 10 and this hotel was just perfect for us. The facilities are amazing and it’s just a short walk to all the main attractions in Nashville I can’t recommend it enough.

Disliked: For the price paid for the room it is not worth the money. I understand it’s July in a busy city but could and should be better.- walls patched with filler. The room is tired and lacking in quality.- Bathroom door in main bedroom slides but handle hits the wall thus it doesn’t quite shut completely.- Fridge should have waters in it.- 3 pillows on the bed not enough. All lumpy not comfortable.- No safe in room!- Very thin walls - outside noise and other adjoined room.- One bedside lamp - other missing ?- Very thin bedsheets to cover you and an odd uncomfortable top cover.- AC cannot be adjusted or turned off just blast the entire room.- No bins in bedroom or bathroom and odd spaces just left bare and empty. - 4th floor being woken up in the dead of night by bins and lorries being knocked about, if light sleeper good luck.- reception can feel manic at breakfast and late at night.

Liked: we booked this hotel after our AirBnB was a bust. I'm so thankful it was around the corner and available. Excellent property. Excellent staff. We will stay here again if we come to downtown Nashville.
