Liked: Location was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The in room TV experience was very good. The staff is friendly and check-in process was very efficient. The kitchen area in the room is good and would be useful if we had an extended stay.
Disliked: The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. It’s very small, the shower doors are difficult to slide and the toilet needs to be updated to comfort height. The breakfast was good but not great.

Liked: The desk clerk that greeted me at check in was very attentive and personable. The room was very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing you could have done about it, but child(ren) running back and forth in the hall and in the room above me. Very loud families on the same floor until quite late in the evening. One of the tea cups that was in the room had not been washed very well. Stained around the rim of the cup. The desk clerk that checked me out was so engrossed in her phone that she didn't realize that I was there until I greeted her. Not too long, 30 seconds, but she was just scrolling on her phone. I know it's the age of technology, but it doesn't look good for employees to be on their phones. As a former hotel clerk myself and with two adult children who also work in the industry, as tempting as it is when you aren't engaged with customers at the moment to check your phone, you shouldn't be just scrolling with a lobby full of guests.

Disliked: Toilet was too low

Liked: The seating area for breakfast and lobby was inviting and spacious. It looked like they put more effort keeping this area clean. The breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: The room had dirty sheets, dirty bathroom floor with sticky urine and hair. The shower had hair on the side walls. The room was obviously barely cleaned for the next guest.
