Promise not kept

Liked: I loved the location/friendly staff/very clean/
Disliked: I made my RSVP on line but also called several days before my arrival to confirm I would be placed in a room with a roll in shower...upon arrival the only room available was one with a bathtub...I'm totally disabled from the waist down and getting in a bathtub is not an option for me...I felt I should have received a phone call prior to arrival notifying me that the room was not available...the room was large enough for me to move around but the bathroom was not as expected.. everything else was excellent!!!

Liked: Poor selection. Tastes like recently thawed frozen food. Coffee was good.
Disliked: Breakfast. Pipes made loud noises through the night in room 113. Made it tough to sleep.
