The first night was horrendous,...

Liked: I liked the location, and the staff was polite and helpful.
Disliked: I stayed four nights. The first evening, my wife asked me to come into the bathroom to see if I saw any ants. I came in and saw a few small insects crawling around, and upon looking closely, they were small roaches. I killed 4 of them and immediately went to the front desk to ask if we could have a different room. The young lady behind the desk informed me that the hotel was fully booked and there would be no rooms available until the following day. She gave me a can of roach spray and politely sent me on my way. I went back upstairs, and over the next couple of hours, I saw and sprayed approximately 12 more roaches. Me nor my wife slept well, and we kept our luggage zipped the entire night. The next day, our room was switched, and the next room was good. I was initially told that the first night would be free, but when I checked out, I was informed that since I reserved my room through Booking.com they would have to provide the refund. I still haven't received a refund from either Hotel2Suites nor Booking.com
