Liked: Love Home2Suites brand. The suite was just what we needed. So much space for my handicapped mother. Love the fridge, glasses, silverware, dishwasher, dark, dark electric shades
Disliked: Housekeeping was a problem. We asked for service day one, left for a couple hours, came back and hadn’t gotten service, so we were going to nap, and put out the do not disturb sign. They knocked loud twice and then came in, waking my mother. Next day, got a text about how things were going, I said we really had to have housekeeping. They knocked while we were showering. I peeped out the door and said not now. As we left we said we still needed housekeeping (11::15 am). Front desk took note of it; got back at 9, still no service. Third day, we stopped by front desk and said we had to have housekeeping. Due to using the handicap shower chair the bathroom floor was soaked and most of the towels. Stopped at front desk on the way out again and said we had to have service. They said we weren’t on the list. But he added our room number. We did get service on that 3rd day, with 2 new towels (for 3 of us), more tp, and emptied wastebaskets. But the soaking wet bath mat was still hanging in the tub.

Liked: Ease of check in and rooms were clean and comfortable. Larger fridge is nice.
Disliked: Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold. Kinda gross.

Liked: Room size was great. Staff was helpful and courteous! Facilities were excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast was good but more dairy free options would be nice.

Disliked: We were given a key that opened a room that was already occupied at 10:30 at night. I was embarrassed. The people we woke up were confused. The desk clerk didn't seem overly concerned. Disappointing.

Disliked: Extremely bad room location at the entry back door a constant noise. No bed made nor towels collected till i mentioned it. Answer we don’t do cleaning neither room bed.
