Liked: My family found the pool nice I liked that it was a saline pool. Having waffles are always great for breakfast. It was great having under ground parking. The storage and space in the room was perfectly sized for my family.
Disliked: Bathroom in our room was not cleaned. It has smeared something on the door and shower had hair still from the previous stay. Dishes weren’t clean anywhere so I didn’t trust the real cleanliness. Late Saturday night around 7 received a knock in the door that startled me just to ask if I wanted towels but the person knocking didn’t have towels, that should probably be handled with a call if you don’t even have towels, I was getting out of the shower and the guy knocked twice so I thought it was my husband without his room key.

Disliked: Small the bed.The curtains didnt block completely the windows and let some light enter the room.I asked for a taxi service and the receptionist told me that they accept credit card, but when I was paying the driver told me he didnt accept payment with card, lucky I have some cash with me.

Liked: Your front desk person was excellent. I think her name was Brenda. All the staff I spoke with were very professional.
Disliked: The kitchen had some broken handles on the cabinets and the shade on the window was damaged

Disliked: overall cleanliness of the place was questionable. lots of pot smokers in the underground garage to greet us every time we returned to the hotel.
