Worst hotel stay I’ve ever...

Liked: rooms were a little more spacious than a regular room
Disliked: I called ahead was told pool was open I get to property the person working at checkin was rude. I then find out pool not open and they would not try to work with me to resolve the issue. I would never spend that much on a room and not have the amenities they falsely said they had. The room was not as clean as I would have liked you can tell they were rushed through cleaned.

Disliked: pool was closed. breakfast sandwiches were terrible. mexican maintenance/housekeeping crew swarmed breakfast buffet

Liked: I thought the property was ok
Disliked: I didn’t like the pool was down and wasn’t notified! we had kids and a soccer tournament which left them nothing to do. the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the pillows are awful
