Five Star everything was perfect!

Liked: This is my favorite hotel. I loved everything friendly staff the rooms are very spacious the area is perfect and its just a beautiful hotel. Omg and breakfast was incredible so many different options and to top it off the view is the best. I will be back again and again. It's a must you stay here you won't be disappointed. 1000 Rating The Best Hotel In Miami!

Disappointing and no clear communication.

Liked: Clean and near airport. Bar and restaurant were awesome. Bartender/server was the best. Loved her!
Disliked: No clear communication regarding airport pickup. No clear communication about port shuttle. The driver wanted cash and would not accept cash. No one explained that. We waited for over 40 minutes for a shuttle. We had to call twice and it took several attempts to speak to a real person to could help. Many passengers on port shuttle were as late an hour after their scheduled boarding time. Many guests were extremely stressed about missing their boarding times. The breakfast was awful. Just scrambled eggs an sausage, oatmeal, and toast. OJ machine and pancake machine not working.

Wonderful stay near Miami Airport...

Liked: From the start, the shuttle arrived promptly - I think we waited 10-15 minutes. We had large suitcases and the driver loaded them for us. Check-in was so welcoming and friendly. When we got to room, it was such a relief - so clean and spacious. My daughter was super impressed with the kitchen and all the amenities. We only stayed one night but wanted to stay longer! We ate at the restaurant and again had amazing service from the bartender there. She chatted with us and we got to know her a little bit which was fun. The next day, we had an amazing breakfast. My husband who is vegetarian remarked at how good it was and I agreed - the eggs were so much better than the typical runny yellow things other hotels serve. Our flight ended up being delayed but they let us hang out in the upstairs lounge for the whole day and stored our luggage behind the counter. There's a small strip of chain food places next door that we picked up lunch from (Jersey Mike's, Starbucks, Panda Express, etc.) When we were ready to head to the airport, the shuttle took us right away - we had the same driver and he was quick getting us to our gate. After our stay, my whole family agreed that the people and hotel were one of the best experiences we've ever had.
