Great stay, but...

Liked: The hotel staff was kind and always willing to go the extra mile
Disliked: How I got double charged for the roof. Once by booking and once by the hotel, all because I choose to check in through the Hilton app. Do not do this. There is a glitch in the hotel software that does this. The front desk was able to take care of it, but it was shocking and stressful until then.

Won't do it again

Disliked: My husband is handicapped and I asked for a first floor room near an exit. What we got was a third floor middle of the floor room. When I asked to be changed, I was told that was all that was available. If I knew that, I would have stayed elsewhere. I also thought the $75 pet fee was excessive. I read there was a surcharge, but I didn't know how much. Again, if I had I would have stayed elsewhere. I have stayed in other Home2 hotels and had a better experience.

Liked: Amazing breakfast. Staff was amazing. The general manager even washed the kitchen and bathroom room in our room. I asked to have it washed and the cleaning staff had left for the day. Our two dogs were so well received.
Disliked: The do not disturb door hangers.

Good enough for a roadtrip

Liked: The check-in experience at the front desk was great. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. I liked the small gifts for our dogs. Entering the hotel felt new, modern, and clean.
Disliked: The room felt a little too worn in, and in need of fresh air. We were traveling with dogs, and staying in a pet-friendly hotel, but I think there was a still-wet pet accident from the previous stay (that I hope had been cleaned) that I stepped in barefoot. The carpet was wet in a corner of the room. Overall, not a bad hotel for a roadside stop overnight, but could have been better.

Nice, quiet one night stay.

Liked: Super clean, friendly staff. Pool was clean and stocked with towels. Decent breakfast. Complimentary water bottles for your room. Comfy beds. Suites are a nice size.
Disliked: Location isn’t the best, but I’ve been to worse.
