This was a convenient location...

Liked: Loved the location and the hotel is warm and inviting.
Disliked: A lot of the staff does not speak English, I requested towels but waited 6 hours. Finally had to call again. Rooms are never cleaned except when requested. These rooms should get fresh towels, bed mades and vacuumed every single day. For what we paid this was extremely disappointing.

Going downhill

Liked: The place has just gone down holl since we started staying there. 4th floor, elenator area, the floor is uneven at the elevator door! Mentioned it and was told it's in the hands of Sr management owners. Seems uneven floors, seriously uneven floors would be a matter of concern

Disliked: Asking for room service and not getting it until I asked the next day. Even though our room was right on the list for Tuesday before
