Disliked: Was not given a receipt. Did not receive my deposit refund

Not what I was expecting,...

Liked: The fact that it offered free breakfast although it should be from 6-10am instead of 6-9am.
Disliked: The property looks outdated. Not like the pictures. We didn’t get housekeeping and when I called the lobby and spoke to the receptionist to see if I can get towels and a new comforter she was rude telling me “you can come down and get it”. I wasn’t even expecting that response. Again I feel like breakfast could have gone until 10am so you could sleep in a little bit but still be able to have breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast was good. I love that they offered us water and apples when we first got there. Staff was so friendly. Room was clean. My favorite part was the fire pit outside of the hotel.

It’s a good value.

Liked: Disliked the breakfast area was too small and felt crowded. Room was okay for family of 4.
