Liked: Everything. Staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

Nice facility.

Liked: Newer facility. Day manager wasn't friendly. He didn't speak to us once. Night staff was friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast selections were cold. Day manager wasn't friendly. He did not speak to us one time.

Sweet Lady at the desk...

Liked: Staff was very sweet. It was super clean, quiet and a good size.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable. They could salt the outside when it snows. It was very slippery.

Passable

Liked: Hotel clean
Disliked: They didn't give the right size room when asked. They tried to force me to purchase a second room to accommodate my two daughters instead of just switching us to a two bed room. Hotel had no one staying in it and plenty of rooms available and refused to switch the rooms. Not accommodating at all.

Liked: large room, clean, decent breakfast
Disliked: beds were pretty firm and heat/air didn't seem to work quite right
