Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: When we arrived, one elevator was out of order. The stairs were not located near the elevator. When we were ready to leave and check out (with our luggage) the only working elevator was also out of order and the luggage had to be carried down the stairs. No staff came to the room during our stay to refill the coffee or tea packets.
