Liked: The hotel was absolutely stunning. We loved our stay
Disliked: I can't say 1 bad thing.

Liked: The brekfast was clean and wel kept. \ the oat meal and waffles were great.
Disliked: i prefer the chafing trays with scrambled eggs in lieu of the pre cooked bowls.

Liked: Good location, close to freeway but quiet. Desk staff and housekeeping are helpful, courteous and competent. Breakfast quality could be improved
Disliked: Kitchen and bathroom floor tile in rooms need deep cleaning

Liked: Relatively new, relatively clean, quiet location, pleasant staff
Disliked: Many small disappointments and inconveniences in spite of premium price. Examples: TV in room was not plugged in or connected to cable. We fixed it up, but why was it not working to begin with? Went to get breakfast at 8:30 and there was no hot water for making tea. Asked the staff and was told it would be 10 - 15 minutes for them to get more hot water. Ended up taking food to room and using microwave to boil water for tea. Breakfast fare was sub-par -- not even "buffet style" that you find at other hotel chains. All in all a disappointing stay and not a good value.
