Beautiful hotel

Liked: Great looking hotel! Loved the suites - good location
Disliked: Could improve on breakfast with some fruit not bananas and oranges only! More variety like for breakfast bacon and potatoes or change it up!

I would definitely consider staying...

Liked: These rooms were great! I have a 12 year old and 13 year old who don't like sharing a queen bed and this place offered two queens plus a pull out couch and if you can believe it the pull out couch was actually a nice comfy mattress so the kids were in heaven! There was a ton of shelf/counter space and a nice kitchen space. It was quite nice all around. The breakfast was really great. It was way healthier than the normal complimentary breakfasts.
Disliked: The bedspreads were this weird horrible material, they need to get rid of those and get something more basic and natural feeling. They were just weird and gross (new and clean but just terrible to touch). The gal upon check in had not been trained AT ALL. She was pleasant but didn't review the charges, my room type, my reservation, the security deposit, nothing! She basically said hello and that was it. The location of this place was super weird and iffy. It was a great proximity to the AFB and the Las Vegas Speedway but other than that I would stay somewhere else. I don't think I would have wanted to be outside by myself for very long and there is NOTHING to walk to.

Liked: Everyone was great! Room was clean & great thought went into it. I appreciated the light near closet as well as privacy curtain near bed. Guest services responded quickly to my tiny issues.
Disliked: The microwave needed a reset. The thermostat was not as user friendly as last hotel we stayed at. Easy to turn up or down cooler…little more tricky to switch it to heat. It worked out though as husband wanted room cool. My husband & I both had trouble logging into wifi. He is way more computer savvy. Guest service did attempt to help me, I ended up using my personal data after 5 attempts to login. I missed her final suggestion as we went to bed. I’m sure that last suggestion would have worked had I seen the message.
