Liked: Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: My room was on the first floor. A lot of noise coming from the room above on the second floor. I could hear people walking around and a child running. It was making my pet nervous.

Liked: I liked the kitchen & appliances, spaciousness of hotel room, bathroom (although a little small), large rolling table for food and activities, office chair, king bed with let out sofa, lots of table & shelf space for activities & temporary storage.
Disliked: Problems: Electrical outlet in bathroom did not work, had to use kitchen sink for water pic; stains on carpet made room appear dirty (although everything else was very clean); loud sounds, specifically yipping and barks from dog next door and baby crying woke me up. This was not a problem just a suggestion: another chair in room would have been helpful.

Liked: Check-In experience was great - Raelynn was hospitable, professional and warm. The room was perfect for our family size, and clean! Location to other family members staying at the hotel was great, all close together which is what we asked for.
Disliked: Breakfast was lacking, the options were not as plentiful as Hilton describes them to be. Of the Items that were available, they seemed to be in short supply and some were not available on Sunday at all. The pool seems to be over chlorinated, while it is listed as a Saline Pool, the balance of chemicals seemed off. My children's skin was excessively dry (we have a swimming pool at home and swim everyday in the summer and their skin is never this dry) Their hair was dry and matted in places, even after showering. Water system over all needs a softener system, or more salt in said system as the water was very hard.
