Liked: Clean and friendly staff
Disliked: Obviously, to Hilton, dogs are more important than people.You all do not care about people who have allergies to dogs.For instance, why not have all dogs use rooms on the first floor so they never use the elevator with someone with allergies?Or why not have certain rooms that are never rented by dog owners so they are less allergic than a room used by a dog the day before? ( No way you clean that room so completely that an allergic person, like my wife, is not effected)The reason you do not do these things is simply because of money and dogs are more important than people.Sure you would have to turn people away when the only room left is a " dog free" room but how many more people wouldbook with Hilton if they knew there were dog free rooms ?

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, and my kiddo loved the pool! I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The staff was excellent. Due to a couple of technical difficulties that was out of their control, I had to interact with three different ladies that were working the front desk throughout my stay. All three of them were so kind and helpful. I have stayed at a lot of places over the years and I think these ladies were the nicest and most helpful front desk staff that I have ever encountered. Whoever is hiring their staff and doing training is doing an excellent job!
