Liked: Room was clean, kitchen was nice.
Disliked: Front desk staff had very poor customer service skills, desk was left unattended often, making it difficult to find a staff member, breakfast was subpar and breakfast area was poorly designed, creating congestion and confusion.

Disliked: we had a room for 4 thinking we would have 2 beds. we had a bed and a pull out couch. The couch was terrible. Springs sticking up. very uncomfortable i said something to the desk and all's they said was does your back hurt?? I said yes you really need to do something about the pull out couch. I have slept on them before and I can say this was the worst I have ever slept on

Great place to stay downtown...

Liked: This was a great location to the downtown. Staff was very professional with great hospitality. Our room was clean with a nice kitchenette. Nice excise area and delicious breakfast.
Disliked: Wished there was a hot tub. Parking was. A challenge at night. Could use a bigger parking area for guests.

Liked: Overall the hotel was amazing! Loved the large room with the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were a plus, super comfy! I will stay here again for sure!

Disliked: The coffee was never refilled in the room and it is fine but we were there for 3 days and we one for 2 cups of regular coffee.

It should have been better.

Disliked: the breakfast was OK - the sausage sandwiches were hard so we did not enjoy them.
