Liked: We r repeat customers we stay every yr when we go on vacation and it seems to get better an better every time which it’s never been bad it’s like Hilton takes it to another level every year, the staff is amazing very friendly and very informative about any questions that I may have an I’m greeted at the door every time, with that being said being a customer that is the most important for me knowing that I’m welcomed an not just Haha we took your money, so keep up that great work.
Disliked: I really can’t think of any dislikes honestly. The hideaway bed could use a little more cushioning lol an a fitted sheet that stays on

Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: The first room we were given had a strong urine like smell. May have been from the bed or bedding like a toddler peed in the bed. It was strong. We requested to be moved and the staff was able to accommodate us by giving us another room. The room was on the third floor. Hopefully they took care of that strong smell before the next guest assigned to that room.

Liked: Room was big, mostly comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good. It was okay at best. Room was decently clean but not what we'd consider great. We likely wouldn't stay here again.
