Liked: Staff were polite. Room was clean.
Disliked: No clean towels available the next morning and had to request maid service nightly, which no one mentioned at check-in. Default is every other night.

Noisy room unacceptable

Liked: Clean
Disliked: The room overlooked a major highway. Noisy trucks all night long. Couldn’t sleep. In my reservation I had specifically requested a quiet room. Was given the opposite. Breakfast was lacking yogurt.

The room size was great.

Liked: The property was clean.
Disliked: The room smelled bad and we heard the generator running all night long.It was really loud and kept waking us up in the middle of the night.
