Liked: The amenities. It was fully stocked with anything I could have needed. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Disliked: The pillows sucked! Entirely too soft. Even with two underneath my head it was just too soft and uncomfortable. Absolutely no support.

Liked: Location was good. Easy to find my way around to a few places while waiting for room.
Disliked: The staff member who checked me in was loud and almost rude. I was told that I would receive a phone call when a room was ready, that never happened, spent over a half hour in lobby, no one was at the counter, 2 people who didn't have a reservation got checked in. They had the amenities explained to them but I was only told the breakfast hours. It was upsetting, I was dealing with a eye condition and really needed to rest and take medicine.
