The room size was great.

Liked: The property was clean.
Disliked: The room smelled bad and we heard the generator running all night long.It was really loud and kept waking us up in the middle of the night.

Liked: Conveniently located near the mall and many shops. The breakfast was really good and provided good options. There is coffee and tea 24 hours and cookies available in the afternoon for guest.
Disliked: Our room only had two television channels, everything said offline.

Pleasant

Liked: Friendly staff, clean and neat room. Very modern and lovely building.
Disliked: There was a terrible foul odor and no communication regarding where it came from then incense was spraying. The incense caused irritation.

Liked: The staff were very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed the breakfast, fitness room, quiet atmosphere even though there was a busy street outside. The bathroom was up to standards. Housekeeping was confusing since it was every other day and I worried my sheets were not clean. I prefer a firm mattress instead of the soft one at this hotel. The location was convenient, parking was good, I felt safe in the room and hotel. I have stayed at the Alloy - Hilton before and was unsatisfied with cleanliness, customer service, and the room. Homes 2 is significantly better in all areas. I thought this was an excellent place to stay while visiting family.
