Superb

Liked: Comfy beds and good location. LOVED the light blocking curtains.
Disliked: Breakfast took 15 plus minutes to refill any of the hot items and it was small amounts that quickly went out again. The bathroom smelled like rotten eggs was coming from the drain to the point if we didn't close the bathroom door it made the whole room smell.

Great stay

Liked: The hotel is nice the staff was great the room was very clean big and spacious love the kitchen area my only complaint is that the elevator was broken has to take the stairs I’m lazy after a long day of work the last thing I wanna do is climb stairs and the breakfast was sub pair only because the food is very hot there is no microwave to heat the meat and it was hard but the waffle maker was great .. over all a good place to stay the pool was cold but it’s not exactly summer yet

Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: I booked a 2 queen handicap accessible room. We were given a 2 queen NOT handicap accessible. When I told the front desk he was adamant it was accessible. There were no bars at all and I couldn't fit my wheelchair in the room. I would have to leave the bathroom door open to use it. After much complaining that this was not what I booked they found one accessible room which only had a king bed in it. We had to take it because I needed it. Not what we wanted. We were also told breakfast started at 6am. When we went down at 6:30 we were told it stated at 7:30. We had somewhere to be so couldn't take advantage of the free breakfast. Sunday we go to load our car about 7:15 and breakfast is in full swing with people already sitting down eating. So what time does breakfast really start??? We did look and breakfast is limited to bread products, waffles, cereal or Oatmeal. There were no meats and no eggs. I've never seen one this limited. This was not a good stay for us. Very disappointing to drive 5 hrs and then have this happen. We are coming back in April for a bowling tournament and will definitely spread the word about this experience. My husband put it best when he said, "if they would get their act together this would be a nice place".
