Very poor
Liked: The computers were down. My rooms were not ready because noone wanted to do their jobs without the computers. I was snapped at by the manager for trying to inquire since my daughter's were meeting me and needed information to. Then the couch bed was dirty covered with hair which only mattered because the room was wrong for my daughter's and only had one bed..
Disliked: Everything was horrible except for Dallas. He was the only person there helpful and cooperative.

Pleasant
Liked: Location easy to get to and right downtown. Staff was very nice and efficient check in/out process.
Disliked: Walls very thin, could hear everything from the hallway to rooms below/beside you.

Our family stay was ok,...
Liked: The rooms we chose were spacious and the air conditioning was absoulely wonderful and quick to cool a room. Sheets and blankets were better then I figured, they had a slight lightly-weighted blanket between the top sheet and cover blanket.
Disliked: A few things we didn't enjoy, the fact that the entry hall light panel needed our room key to stay on to light the kitchen area. We are unsure why that needed to be a thing, when a 25-30 min timed switch might have been wiser, our biggest fear was leaving the room with the key still in the slot and getting locked out. Also, either use softer lights or remove 2 of the 4 eye-searing lights there near the kitchenette. Another one of the issue we had, we needed to use the fold out couch and found that the sheets were dirty(stained) and socks where left in the bed. We stripped the sheets, and thankfully had brought our daughters own bedding, so after we sprayed and re-made her couch bed up, things went smoother. We were also surprised about no room service, as we were exhausted after our drive in and wanted to shower and rest, but had to scramble to find a place that we could pick something up for the family. Parking was a journey, but nothing new there for downtown parking. The entry way to the hotel and staff area is charming/eclectic, while being very family welcoming. The staff for the most part was polite and answered questions, but not overly hospitable. Meaning, we had our questions answered as politely as possible, but-outside of the evening staff that showed a bit more personality-the morning and mid-day staff seemed stiff and more curt in response and not overly interested in addressing the sheets and socks issue we had, just the customary "We will inform the cleaning staff." The other complaint myself and our family had was that while we went down to have the offered breakfast(- which was not bad to be honest, the cooking staff was charming-) but they kept political news on all the screens, when we travel to NOT hear any political news on any front, but to just relax and de-stress. It would have been nicer to put on a nice light Cafe' Jazz channel or something. It keeps things calm and relaxed and enjoyable.
