Disliked: Could check in online, so had to wait until we got there. Had to get a ground floor which we were trying to prevent.

Liked: Everything except the bed
Disliked: The bed is too far off the ground for an elderly 5’3” woman to get in and out easily. The mattress was hard and the comforter was about the same size as the mattress so it was a battle all night for covers
