Liked: The staff were all so friendly. It was a clean facility. In a good location. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi. Free breakfast. All at a reasonable price! The breakfast was good as well. Comfy bed & full kitchenette. I had a King Suite
Disliked: I liked everything about this hotel! However, the parking lot is super small. But if we needed to, we were told that we could have parked next door at Jimmy John's.

Liked: The Hotel was located close to 5 Points and Downtown. The room was very modern, the furniture layout and design with its moveable desks and table options were really good, it enabled an easy work space or in room dining. The small kitchen area was perfect and fit my needs with plates, glasses and flatware. Breakfast was really nice and well thought out, and good too. However the Staff from the Front desk to the cleaning and maintenance people were awesome!!!! Everyone was so friendly and genuinely gracious and helpful. They really put the word South in the meaning of Southern Hospitality.
Disliked: The shower, the shower, the shower!! Great shower area and bathroom but no water pressure! The water pressure in the shower was so bad it took a good 3 minutes to get hot water. I could spit harder.

Liked: Very new and clean. Super comfie bed. The staff really made the trip with their friendliness! Even my nine year old son commented on ‘how nice everyone who works here is!’
Disliked: Parking filled up at night.
