Awesome place to stay in downtown Indy!

Liked: Everything - parking, service, cleanliness and classiness!
Disliked: Nothing.

Pleasant stay with superb employees

Liked: Clean room, bed and pillow’s comfortable, good location to gainebridge field house, breakfast decent. Hotel very quiet.
Disliked: Elevator smelled , need to rip up carpet, indoor pool relaxing yet too much chemicals, made our skin itch. Last nite our frig ran noisy all night.

The hotel served it’s purpose...

Liked: Valet parking was smooth. I would have liked to be able to readily identify the attendants better, however. The room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast didn’t meet my expectations. It was very awkward accessing the sausage patties, bacon etc. One person had to hold the door to the food cabinet open while someone else had to have the manual dexterity of a contortionist to get a sausage patty out and onto his/her plate. Not everything was ready. Slow coming out. The area outside the hotel got sketchy very quickly as the sun went down.

Disliked: 1.I was there on Saturday night and would have expected lower charges for valet parking as on the road parking is free for Sunday 2. At reception I was required to ask for the water bottles which are free for Hilton honors member 3.
