Home2Suites is my favorite place...

Liked: I enjoyed the spacious room, swimming pool and breakfast. The proximity to the energy corridor is excellent. I was within 6 mins of my work site and grocery shopping.
Disliked: On day one someone called to complain of noise from my room. The front desk did not know who did, promised to investigate but did not revert with feedback until I left.

Liked: Friendly staff, hot breakfast.A huge room with all the kitchen tool we need!

Liked: The location was optimal for where I needed to get to while I was there. The staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel was generally clean and well kept.
Disliked: The towels had to be replaced due to stains and the sheets were a bit itchy.

Dog hair in my bed,...

Liked: The parking and the snacks.
Disliked: There was dog hair all in my bed and the room smelt like dog. The breakfast was terrible. Kids ran up and down the hallway. I was so embarrassed for my guest to come to the room.
