Liked: The beautiful location, and the space and amenities of the room. Can’t beat this hotel!!
Disliked: There was not anything that we didn’t like

Liked: Staff were very helpful and very accommodating!
Disliked: One elevator was out of service for the entire duration of our stay.

Liked: Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful although they never seemed to be that engaged in much work.
Disliked: Room service staff does not speak English making requests impossible. Returned to room after a day out to find the door unlocked and open. Bedding was bizarre; pillows thin mattress soft. Bench cushions not properly installed; cause damage to $6k camera

Little Hilton head getaway

Liked: The front desk ladies are so sweet and a pleasure to talk too. The hotel is in a perfect location
Disliked: Parking is limited and most nights had to park at the hotel next to it
