Great place to stay

Liked: Clean. Free breakfast and friendly staff
Disliked: The air conditioner was very loud in bedroom and the tenents above us was very loud and making noise

The staff of any organization...

Liked: No
Disliked: I had a reservation to stay at this hotel. But when I arrived there, I was told that my reservation was not available. Although I had booked it through Booking.Davetta, The girl at the reception who met me couldn't find my reservation, and I waited for an hour and a half until. She deals with call centers. She was very sluggish and didn't know what to do.
