Good
Liked: The room and floor was nice and clean. Had trouble with key on occasion. Parking was good. Staff was nice. Very accommodating and helpful.
Disliked: Did not like most juices only could tolerate the apple juice only. OJ was horrible. Did not like using milk others had used from the original gallon jug it came it. Had some scum in it on the inside wall of container after it had been used? Other items were decent.

No a fan .. horrible...
Liked: This location is not to far out from the city of Chicago
Disliked: The breakfast bar did not open every morning . The room I was in was nasty and smelled like dog urine. Housekeeping bust through the room door with knocking or announcing themselves while we were naked .

My twins enjoyed their birthday...
Liked: Staff was very friendly
Disliked: The key cards for the rooms had to be swapped out so many times that I can't even count them. Pool area wasn't in the best condition (cleanliness was subpar). It was very overcrowded and some kids were unsupervised.
