I enjoyed my stay until...

Liked: Conveniently located near downtown Hagerstown, the Outlets and many eateries.
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Liked: My son is Autistic and the breakfast staff was so friendly and amazing to his little picky needs like needing a Straw to drink his milk. Also that he didn't like the blueberries being mixed with the other fruit so they gave him some alone. The Staff was The Best!
Disliked: The pocket door to the bathroom didn't close all the way. The blankets on the bed weren't too comfortable on my and my kids' skin but we have sensitive skin.

Liked: Clean , comfortable, kind , professional, courteous staff , shout out to Matt and Nichole, they are definitely an asset to this establishment
Disliked: Everything about the property was great no complaints

Liked: The facilities were great
Disliked: Was very noisy and alot of constant slamming of doors .... when I arrived I asked to be placed as far away from the elevator as possible.. got up to the room and was placed right across from the elevator so lots of loud talking and what sounded like foot races down the hallway
