Liked: Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked them to be. Breakfast could use some improvement. Not a good variety to choose from.

The hospilitality of the front...

Liked: The stay here was very nice because of the clean elevators, halls, breakfast area, and the outside of the facility. The room on arrival was fabulous, very spacious and clean. This room is a place that I could take up resdience if I was in need of a home.
Disliked: On the mirror it's clearly stated that during your stay, your room will be cleaned every other day due to you having a comfortable stay. The day before checkout, we went out on a fun day of shopping and eating of four hours, and was ready to come back to the room for the evening, only to find that my room was not cleaned. And we were there from Monday and this was Wednesday. So, my wife asked the housekeeper if she was going to clean our room and afgter a little back and forth she said okay...I'll see about getting to your room! So, my wife said we'll leave again and come back but please give us clean towels. Guess what the SMART housekeeper did...yep you guessed it left the clean towels but didn't clean the room! So, upon checkout we notified the front desk attendant of the situation and she was to make a note of it and foward it to an upper person.

Great stay, terrible mattress.

Disliked: The bed it was horrible, a thicker mattress, better pillows
