Disappointing

Disliked: the breakfast. we came down at 830 on Saturday. there were 2 sausage patties and croissants. one or two muffins. we were in line. we waited for an hour and she never refilled it. she kept looking but never replaced the sausage or croissants we didn't even bother to come down on Sunday morning. we are coming back in August but we will be staying at a different place. very disappointed with home 2 suite

Liked: The guest staff named Patara was amazing! She delivered exceptional customer service, very customer oriented and professional.
Disliked: Patara made it a wow experience. However, breakfast was very lame, very limited options and not good quality.

Stayed her 3 times before...

Disliked: The room smells like a dog had been in the room and not cleaned. They moved us.Waited 30 minutes for bacon for breakfast and it never came!

Liked: Most of your staff members were great
Disliked: One of your staff members gave me misleading information about booking, it was corrected by another staff member. The same staff member charged my card for my previous stay, even though my company paid for my stay. He told me to report it as fraud. So that experience ruined my stay
