Disappointing

Liked: It was not worth 175.00 a night. The employes in breakfast area just plain rude. Employees behind desk at check in were very nice.
Disliked: Above stated

AMAZING staff. Would stay here...

Liked: The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Robin. Everyone greeted us with smiles and such kindness! They even remembered our names, and purpose of our trip. rooms were clean and beds were comfy.
Disliked: Nothing really - I usually don’t like when hotels are right off of the interstate, but the traffic getting in and out of this location wasn’t too bad.

Liked: I loved the mini-breakfast, the gym and location to many food and shopping locations.
Disliked: The exit to get to the hotel was blocked on both sides of interstate I20. We're not from area and the alternate route was confusing. We called hotel and the front desk aattendant indicated he didnt know the area and couldnt provide directions! Really???

The price I paid for...

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The room I stayed in had a horrible smell in the bathroom. It smelled like mold, or maybe something dead… it was horrible!! The breakfast was cold.. it started at 6:30 I went down to eat at 7am. It was no good at all.
