Liked: Wonderful location, loved events in downtown being so accessible. Loved valet parking and not having to be concerned about the car. Hotel has clean room and was spacious and breakfast seating was just right.

Disliked: No hob or oven just microwaveStaff unhelpful when we requested if they could call us a taxi for return to airport. We politely asked two different members of staff on reception - both said No - as international travellers this was not very helpful
